Seamless gutter installs
0.032 gauge aluminum, copper, half-round, and box gutters formed and installed by Gutter Pro. Covers hanger failure, miter and end-cap seam leaks, downspout outlet failure, and aluminum or copper material failure under normal use.
Gutter guards
LeafBlaster Pro and Alu-Rex installs. Workmanship on the install plus the manufacturer warranty on the guard product (LeafBlaster Pro lifetime, Alu-Rex up to 40 years). Single warranty contact through Gutter Pro.
Underground drainage
Schedule 40 PVC and marsh-rated HDPE installs. Covers pipe failure, joint leaks, catch basin failure, discharge displacement, and trench settling that compromises slope.
Soffit and fascia repair
Gutter Pro soffit and fascia work performed alongside a gutter install. Covers labor and Gutter Pro-supplied material failure.
Storm damage repair
Post-storm gutter and drainage repair performed by Gutter Pro is covered under the same workmanship terms as new installs.

- The repair is documented. The lifetime workmanship warranty continues to apply.
Why the warranty is owner-direct
Most local gutter contractors carry one-year warranties because they do not expect to be in business in five years. National franchises carry warranty programs because the corporate entity is structured to outlast individual crews, but the warranty contact is a 1-800 line that escalates to whichever local franchisee happens to hold the territory that month.

Manufacturer warranties on installed products
Gutter Pro install warranty stacks on top of the relevant manufacturer warranties on the materials. The most common ones:

Frequently asked questions about the Gutter Pro warranty
Is the lifetime warranty really for the life of the system?
Yes, for the original install at the original address. The workmanship warranty covers Gutter Pro-installed labor and materials against failure under normal use for as long as you own the home, with the documented exclusions above (acts of nature, third-party damage, modifications by other contractors).
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the home?
Case by case. Most workmanship warranties remain at the original install address but transferability to a new owner depends on the original install scope. Contact Albert before listing the home and we will document the system for the buyer.
Do you charge for warranty inspections?
No. Inspection of a Gutter Pro install for a warranty claim is free. If the issue is a workmanship failure, the repair is free. If the issue is outside the warranty (storm damage, third-party damage, modifications), we document and quote the repair at standard rates with no inspection charge.
What about the manufacturer warranties on the products?
Manufacturer warranties (LeafBlaster Pro, Alu-Rex, aluminum coil, NDS drainage components, Schedule 40 PVC) stack on top of the Gutter Pro workmanship warranty. You do not deal with the manufacturers directly - Gutter Pro handles the warranty claim through them on your behalf.
How long is the typical response time on a warranty call?

What if I am not the original homeowner?

Is the warranty in writing?
Yes. Warranty terms are documented in the project sign-off paperwork at the end of every install. You receive a copy. Albert keeps the originals on file.
Does the warranty extend to financed projects?
